If words could describe the depth of Shubhangi’s personality, ‘silent, observant, and witty’ will be the right words to express the complexities of her nature.

Starting from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where she began her early education. Her father’s job in defence services gave her exposure to learning from different places. Shubhangi just didn’t gain bookish knowledge but also observed the culture and environment of every city she stayed in with her family. From north to south and east to west, living in every part of India somewhere played a huge role in shaping her thoughts. 

Shades of her personality could confuse people around her. Her introverted nature makes her quiet and keen-eyed whereas the exposure and opinion that formed because of it, brings out a side that’s rebellious and highly opinionated. This entanglement made her choose words. Ideas and thoughts when conveyed with the appropriate words can change the world. As a result, she chose Literature and Journalism. A perfect blend where she learned the most about Indian languages, history, evolution of media, and how every piece of literature reflects the thoughts and feelings of the time it was written in. One thing lead to another, and in the blink of an eye, Shubhangi became a writer. 

Inspired by her mother’s strong educational background, Shubhangi chose to not rush into getting a job right after her bachelor’s and decided to complete her education. She completed her Master of Journalism from the Delhi School of Journalism, Delhi Univerisity. Her professional journey started when she worked for a startup and became the content lead. She witnessed the startup flourish like a palm tree. Being associated with such companies gave her learning that would have been hard to grasp if she were a small part of a big company. She got to try her hands at every sort of content, from social media content to website blogs. 

The biggest turning point of her life was when she got an opportunity to work for a UK-based company which made the eyewear industry go gaga. There she aced at writing fashion content. Life gave her enough opportunity to decide her forté. And here she is, associated with CollegeDekho as a content specialist. Always connected to the academic world, Shubhangi enjoys working in an industry that helps thousands of students who are in need of career guidance.
