Let me be very honest when i reply to this question, there are several factors a student looks for when deciding a college. Some of them are Placement, faculty, Infrastructure, Travel ease, Education and fests and student engagement activities.
so Let me answer the question. According to me the college that comes to my mind when i read this question is K.J.SOMAIYA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. SION
now the question is why?
If we talk about placements we have 100% placement there where big companies come and offer you a dream job with high packages.
to get these faculties here put every effort that you excel in your favourable field and are acing every trend needed in the industry. They guide you for several projects, internships and what not to boost your resume.
Infrastructure here is so nice and nature friendly. Very peaceful to study at without busy vibes and very positive any student can ask for. All the labs are air conditioned with New computers and every facility student needs. Lib has more than needed books and all are available.
Reaching to college is very simple as it is at the main spot of sion-everald nagar-chunnabhatti. Reaching to college is very simple from chunabhatti (2mins walking) and 5–10mins walking from sion stn. There is a bustop too outside the college campus. Auto-Taxi all the facilities are available.
Education a A1 here with all the teachers with high education degree and great grip on their subjects.
Fest and student activities: There are several events held be it techical, ssports, cultural. There are 3 turfs where several sports can be played and students can spend time. There are TT table where students can play. There are common rooms where student can spend time and the best part is the open canteen, with a very nice and classy infra!

The college has a vast campus with clean and peaceful surroundings. Our college provides the best education to the students. It helps in the overall development of the students. There are various technical committees and student bodies that help the students to improve their skills. The infrastructure of the college is well developed. The college also conducts technical fest and culture fest every year. College also focuses on extracurricular activities. There is football turf, open gymnasium, canteen, library, and various labs dedicated to each field. The faculty is also very helpful towards the students. Our college also has a RIIDL cell which provides a platform for the students who come up with different innovative ideas. Many internship opportunities are provided to the students. The faculty also guides and encourages the students in developing various projects. Overall, the college focuses on the complete growth of the students. I would highly recommend this college.

KJSIEIT has proved to be one of the elite colleges that come under Mumbai University. The faculty here is highly qualified and experienced due to which students here tend to adapt to the learning environment quickly.
There are various technical like CSI,IEEE,ISTE, and clubs like robocon,NLI.It has a Students Council for students welfare and development that carries out the sports and cultural festivals.
Coming to the placement aspect, TCS and Accenture are the mass recruiters here with an avg package of an IT student being around 5 LPA. last year 100% of the IT department students were placed and overall 80-90% of the students got placed in the companies.All you need is to maintain a decent average pointer like 7.5 or above to get into any big company.You need to maintain avg pointer above 6.7 to be eligible to sit for the placements here.

I have studied at the I.T. department at KJSIEIT and I can say that quality education was provided to each student. The infrastructure of the department is up-to-date and it has its own separate building. The teachers are very cooperative and supportive towards the students. Various workshops and seminars are also conducted by the department to improve the knowledge of the students.
