Applicants should be informed that COAP is not an application portal for admission to any of the IITs' MTech programs. Candidates should submit separate applications to the respective IITs for MTech admission and PSUs for employment. COAP is just the website where IITs and PSUs submit offers in compliance with their admission requirements.
