AP ECET 2025: Exam Date, Syllabus, Eligibility, Exam Pattern

AP ECET 2025: Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) will be conducted as a computer based test tentatively on May 8, 2025 in two shifts. Shift 1, that is the morning shift of the exam, will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 noon and shift 2, that is the evening shift, will be conducted from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM. The authorities will release the AP ECET official notification tentatively on March 14, 2025 and the application form of AP ECET 2025 is expected to be released on March 15, 2025. Candidates will be allowed to fill and submit the application form after the deadline by paying a late fee of Rs 500, 2000 and 5000 respectively. The deadline to fill the AP ECET 2025 application form without any late fee is April 15, 2025. AP ECET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The authorities release the eligibility criteria of AP ECET 2025 along with the official information brochure. As per the AP ECET 2025 eligibility criteria all the candidates applying for the exam must be an Indian citizen. According to the educational requirements, students must possess a Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or from an AICTE approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must secure a minimum of 45% for general category candidates and 40% for reserved candidates while passing the Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy / B.Sc. Degree.
AP ECET 2025 Application Form
The application form of AP ECET 2025 will be released in the online mode tentatively on March 15, 2025. The last date to fill the application form without any late fee is April 15, 2025. However, candidates will also be able to fill the AP ECET application form by paying a late fee of Rs 500,2000 and 5000. The detailed process to fill the application form is mentioned below.
Step 1: Payment of Application Fee
Candidates have to first pay the application fee in order to proceed to filling the application form. In order to pay the application fee, students have to fill in the necessary details like the name of the candidate, date of birth, qualifying exam hall ticket number, valid mail ID and mobile number.
Step 2: Knowing Payment Status of AP ECET Application Form
In order to know the payment status, candidates have to login using their mobile number and qualifying exam hall ticket number and then click on the “Check Payment Status” tab.
Step 3: Filling the Application Form
Candidates will be able to fill the application form of AP ECET 2025 after successfully paying the application fee for the exam. Students have to login using their credentials like payment reference ID, qualifying exam hall ticket number and mobile number to fill the application form. All the applicants must fill in the requisite details and then click on the submit button.
Step 4: Uploading of Signature and Photograph
To finally submit the application form candidates are required to upload the signature and photograph in the specified format as mentioned by the authorities.
Step 5: Print Application Form
After filling the application form and uploading all the required documents candidates will be able to print the filled in application form. In order to print the application form candidates have to login using their credentials like Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Diploma / BSC HallTicket No, Mobile Number and Date of Birth.

AP ECET 2025 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of AP ECET 2025 is released along with the information brochure by the authorities on its official website. As per the AP ECET 2025 exam pattern, AP ECET exam will be of a total of 200 marks. The total number of questions to be asked will be 200. All the questions asked in the exam will be Multiple Choice Questions. For each correct answer, students will be awarded 1 mark and there is no negative marking in the exam. AP ECET 2025 exam will be conducted as an online exam.
