Kerala University BA Application Form 2025
The application form for Kerala University BA Admission 2025 will be made available for the aspirants on the official website of the university. Candidates who want to take admission into any of the BA specializations offered at Kerala University must apply through this official website. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed eligibility criteria first to avoid being snubbed by the officials. The detailed application process for BA admissions at Kerala University is given below –
Step 1: Generating Application Number and Password
In the first stage, candidates need to visit the website and generate an application number and password by providing the necessary details like name, DOB, exam board, register number, gender, year of passing etc. On the successful completion of registration, the candidates will receive an application number and password. Candidates will have to use this application number and password to complete the next stage of the application process.
Step 2: Log in
Candidates need to log in with the system-generated application number and password. They are advised to read the application instructions and then proceed with the application process.
Step 3: Candidate Profile Registration
The first stage of the online application process is creating Candidate Profile Registration. To do that, interested Kerala University BA candidates need to visit the website and enter the required basic details like name, gender, category, father’s name, date of birth, email address, religion, caste, etc.
Step 4: Academic Profile Registration
The applicants have to enter the academic qualification details at this stage. Information like board of study, passing year, examination register number, type of examination, number of appearances, mark details etc. must be entered carefully.
Step 5: Add and Change
Selection of course/college is to be done in this step. A candidate is allowed to add upto 20 options. Ensure the same selection is added to the list of Add Option. The preference number and the selected options indicate a candidate’s priority of options. Hence, each entry must be done with utmost care.
Step 6: Fee Payment
Click on the Pay Online tab and pay the registration fee through online payment options. On the completion of payment, an online payment receipt will be generated which must be stored for submitting to the college during admission.
Step 7: Photo and Signature Upload
In this step, candidates have to upload their signatures and photo as per the size and format specifications mentioned by the university. While uploading the photo, ensure it is clear and clicked against a light background.
Step 8: Verification of Application form
The applicants have to verify all the details they have mentioned in the application form before the final submission. If the applicants find some wrong or misleading information which might creep into the application form accidentally, they must correct the same. In this regard, they can use the ‘Preview and Verify Completed Application’ option.
Step 9: Receive Print Out of Application Form
The registration process will be completed by taking the printout of the Kerala University BA application form. This can be done by clicking on the Print Completed Application option.
Step 10: Change Password
Candidates will have to mandatorily change the password during their next login session.

Kerala University BA Seat Allotment 2025
The admission process in the BA specializations offered at Kerala University is an online centralized allotment process which is conducted in multiple rounds. The University also conducts a trial allotment round to acclimatize the candidates with the entire seat allotment process. The candidates are not offered guaranteed seats through the trial seat allotment round.
BA First Level Seat Allotment 2025
The University had released the first level seat allotment instructions on June 13, 2025. The last date to pay the first allotment fee was June 17, 2025. Admission is scheduled on June 18, 2025.
Also, the second level seat allotment date has been announced as June 18, 2025.
Candidates can now look forward to the second round of seat allotments that will be released shortly.
The following steps will help a candidate in checking their allotment and proceed with it:
- To proceed with the allotment, the candidate must log in to their profile on the official website.
- Then select the latest ‘Allotment’ option made available on the web page.
- All those who received an allotment are to pay the University fee irrespective of their desire to opt for further allotments. This ensures that they will be considered for future allotments
- Those candidates who have been alloted seats may choose to proceed with the current allotment by paying the dedicated fees before the stipulated date and time.
- Once the transaction has been processed, candidates should ensure that ‘Transaction Success’ receipt appears and take copies of it for future reference.
- Candidates need not appear at the allotted institution at this stage of allotment.
- A candidate may apply for a higher option than the seat allotted to him in a particular round of allotment.
- If a higher option is provided by the University to a candidate who applied for it, they must proceed with it on or before the stipulated date
- Every candidate who obtains admission must have an APAAR ID mandatorily. Therefore, candidates are advised to create an APAAR ID well in advance before the date of admission that will be informed to them. The ID can be generated from www.abc.gov.in
Note: Those candidates who do not remit the fee within the stipulated time period, their allocation will be cancelled and will not be considered for further allocations.
