List of CUET 2025 Subjects for BSc Statistics: CUET UG 2025 offers admission to a BSc (Hons.) Statistics program. It is a national-level entrance test conducted by the National Testing Agency for undergraduate admissions across 250+ universities in India, including University of Delhi. Students who wish to sit for CUET UG 2025 need to select a specific subject combination prescribed by official authorities. Students are required to take CUET exam with the following subject combination:

  • Any one language from List A
  • Mathematics/Applied Mathematics
  • Any two subjects, with at least one from List B1

The merit will be determined based on CUET UG 2025 scores achieved in this specified combination. Additionally, according to the general eligibility criteria, students must have passed the Class XII or equivalent examination from only a single recognized board. It is also important to check specific university requirements, as some of them may have additional criteria or preferred combinations based on their curriculum.

Scheduled to take place tentatively in May 2025, CUET UG exam 2025 will be offered in a hybrid format, allowing candidates to choose between a computer-based test and a pen-and-paper format. The test will consist of multiple-choice questions and will be available in 13 languages, including English and Hindi, catering to a diverse student population. NTA is expected to release the official notification for CUET UG in February 2025.

CUET Subject List of BSc Statistics 

BSc (Hons.) Statistics is a three-year undergraduate course focusing on statistics. CUET UG includes a section for languages, divided into Section 1A and Section 1B. Section 1A covers 13 widely used languages like Hindi and English, which are common mediums of instruction or communication in various regions across India. List B: Domain-Specific Subjects (Section II)

The Domain-Specific Subjects (Section II) in CUET UG 2025 evaluates student’s knowledge in their chosen academic subjects. This section includes subjects divided into two categories: List A and List B. List A consists of 18 core subjects like Accountancy, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, History, Mathematics, and Physics, which usually align with the high school curriculum.

List B includes 9 specialized subjects such as Entrepreneurship, Environmental Studies, and Performing Arts, catering to students with unique academic or career interests. The questions follow the NCERT syllabus for Classes XI and XII, providing a uniform standard for all applicants. CUET Exam Pattern for BSc Statistics

CUET 2025 exam pattern for BSc Statistics includes Mathematics/Applied Mathematics as one of the 29 domain subjects. The exam is divided into three sections: Section A, where all 15 questions must be attempted, and Sections B1 and B2, where candidates need to answer 25 out of 35 questions from each. Each correct answer in CUET 2025 exam awards the student five marks, while one mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted in a computer-based format in the third week of May 2025 (tentative).
