I don't have cpget allotment form but how to gain that form

Dear student,

I hope you took part in the CPGET counselling process. After exercising web options (choice filling) for CPGET the seat allotment will be released.  The seat allotment form for CPGET is part of counselling process itself.  Osmania University allocates the seat allotment and the CPGET seat allotment form to the candidate who has completed the counselling registration and exercised web options.
