NEST 2024 application form is released on April 3, 2024 and before filling the form candidates must check the list of documents required for NEST 2024 application form. Candidates must note that the application period for NEST 2024 is for about two months. The last date for applying for the NEST 2024 exam is May 31, 2024. Before completing the NEST 2024 application form, applicants must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. This year's NEST 2024 exam will be held on June 30, 2024, with a total of 257 seats, 200 for NISER and 57 for UMDAE CEBS.

Note:The NEST application fees 2024 have changed from INR 1200 to 1400 and from INR 600 to 700. 

After registering, candidates must pay the NEST Application form 2024 fees, which are INR 1,400 for General and OBC candidates and INR 700 for SC, ST, PWD, Specially-abled, and female candidates. Upon completion of the form, candidates who registered for NEST 2024 will have the chance to update or rectify any information on the NEST form. On June 15, 2024, those who complete the form will receive their online NEST 2024 admit card.

Steps to fill NEST 2024 Application Form

The aspirants, who are seeking admission into the NISER Bhubaneswar (National Institute of Science Education and Research) can apply for NEST 2024. Candidates must apply only online. All the applicants are advised to fill in the NEST 2024 application form carefully. Given below are the steps to fill in the NEST application form 2024.

• Aspirants must visit the official website of NEST 2024. (www.nestexam.in)
• Click on the option called “Apply Online” to  begin the registration process
• After entering the basic details by providing a mobile number and email address, enter the captcha and then click on the tab called “Register”
• Then applicants will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number with the USER ID and PASSWORD.
• After logging in with the registered E-Mail ID and Password, the applicant must provide personal details like Name, Gender, DoB, Nationality, Parents` name, Academic Details, and so on.
• The next step would be selecting the examination centres as per the preference.
• After selecting the preferred examination centres, click on the ‘Submit’ option.
• Then the applicant should upload the scanned copy of the Photograph and Signature in JPE or JPEG format only.
• After that, the applicants must pay the prescribed fee. It can be paid in online mode through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• After the payment candidate must give his consent by clicking on the option called I agree and then ‘Submit’.
• Take a printout of the application for future reference.
