Steps to Fill West Bengal Nursing Application Form 2021

The Application Form for Nursing Admissions in WB varies from course to course. We have come up with course wise application process which can be checked in detail below:

West Bengal GNM/ANM Application Form 2021

The steps to fill West Bengal ANM/ GNM application form are as follows:

• Visit the official website of the Government of West Bengal, Health & Family Welfare Department i.e - www.wbhealth.gov.in/member/login

• Click on “Online Admission For Nursing Diploma Course ANM and GNM 2021” tab.

• A new window of Online Admission for Nursing DIploma will open  on the screen 

• Registration:- For New Registration click on ‘New User link'

• It will redirect you to the 'User Registration' page. Enter your name and required language 

• Fill up the registration form by entering your Father's Name, Mother's name, Guardians name, Gender, Relation with Guardian, and Category.

• Then enter your Date of birth, Birth Place, choose Religion, choose Marital Status, email id, and Mobile number  

• A pop will appear on your screen to verify the mobile number.

• For the completion of verification, candidates will receive an OTP on their mobile number  

• If the entered OTP is correct, then the candidates will need to enter the password and confirm the same. 

•  (Password must contain minimum 8 characters and maximum 14 characters, at least 1 uppercase alphabet, 1 lower case alphabet, 1 number and 1 special character(!@#$%^&*()_+*). 

• Click on the submit button.

• After that candidates will receive the message that a User account has been created successfully.

• Click on the 'Already Registered login for Nursing Counseling

Application Form:-

• To fill up the application form, you need to click on the "New Application" button  

• A popup window will arise on the screen where you can either apply for GNM Counseling or ANM Counseling. 

• You also need to select the courses and click on the 'Apply Now’ button  

• Then you will be redirected to the application page, where you have to first fill up the basic details and upload the scanned copy of the signature/documents.

• After filling all the details you need to click on the ‘Save as Draft’ option to save all the filled information. 

• To move to the next section the candidates will then click on the ‘Next button”

• Upon clicking on the 'Next' button, you need to enter the Higher Secondary Examination education (10+2) or Equivalent Exam. 

• After entering academic details, you need to will fill up the following details:-

  • Name of The School

  • Name of The Board/Council

  • Address of School

  • Roll No. as Mentioned in the admit card

  • Passing Year

  • Total Marks Scored in 10+2

• Applicants will next have to submit a declaration to certify that all information provided in this application along with any attachments is authentics.

• Upon clicking on the Final Submit button, a popup will appear that the Application is submitted successfully, please download the application form.

West Bengal B.Sc/ M.Sc Nursing Application Form

For B.Sc Nursing Application form candidates need to fill JENPAS UG Application Form and for M.Sc Nursing, candidates need to fill JENPAS PG Application Form. The steps to fill the JENPAS application form is mentioned below:- 

Registration:-

• In order to fill up, the application form candidates need to visit the official website (wbjeeb.nic.in)

• After that, you have to fill out the registration form by entering the details mentioned below:-

  • Name

  • Father's name

  • Mother's name 

  • Date of birth, 

  • Gender 

  • Identification Proof

• Candidates will then need to submit their contact details such as an address, state, district, PIN, email ID, mobile number and landline number, or any other alternative mobile number, if available.

• After that, you need to pick your password and security question

Application Form:-

• After registering you need to again login and fill up the application form by providing your personal details such as an address, category, PwD status, religion, nationality, etc.

• After completing the application form you need to select the examination zone as per your choice

• Finally, you need to pay the application fee.
