The choice between Chandigarh University and LPU for an MBA depends on multiple factors. These factors comprise the reputation/ranking of the university for MBA, specialisations offered, placement opportunities, fees, exposure, etc. LPU has a slightly better reputation than CU for its MBA programme and It is evident by the NIRF Rankings 2023. LPU was ranked at 32nd position whereas CU was ranked at 36th position under the management category. Moreover, LPU provides more specialisations for its MBA programme than CU offering more options to students. In terms of placements, LPU has a stronghold than CU. In 2023, the average package offered by LPU for an MBA was Rs 1.5 Lakh more than CU standing at Rs 8.50 LPA.
