I secured a 3680 rank in VITEEE and was allotted CSE with Cybersecurity in Category 2. If I don’t pay the seat confirmation fee, can I participate in Phase 2 counselling? Will I still be eligible to get the same branch, considering my higher rank compared to others in Phase 2?

No, if you don't pay the seat confirmation fee for the Phase 1 allotment of CSE with Cybersecurity in Category 2, you will not be eligible to participate in Phase 2 counselling. You'll need to pay the fee to be eligible for further counselling rounds. While your higher rank compared to others in Phase 2 might give you a better chance, your participation in Phase 2 is essential in making the initial payment.
