AP ICET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Registration

Once the AP ICET 2025 final phase counselling registration begins, candidates will have to register for the same before the stipulated deadline. Only those candidates who register for the second phase of the counselling process will be allowed to exercise web options for the final phase. Candidates will have to pay the AP ICET counselling fee of INR 1200 if they belong to the general category or INR 600 if they belong to any reserved category.

In order to register for the AP ICET final phase counselling, candidates need to visit the official AP ICET counselling website @icet-sche.aptonline.in and click on the “Candidate Registration” link. Subsequently, candidates must enter the required details including AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth. After the creation of the required login details candidates will be able to access the counselling registration form. Candidates must complete the counselling registration process and pay the registration fee in order to be eligible for the next stage of the counselling process.

AP ICET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Certificate Verification

After the completion of the counselling registration, the next stage of the counselling process is the certificate verification stage. During this stage, all shortlisted candidates are required to undergo document verification at the designated help centres. Candidates must register themselves at the help centres to get their documents verified. The documents required for the certificate verification process include the following:

AP ICET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Web Options

Candidates who have successfully completed the document verification stage are eligible to participate in the AP ICET 2025 counselling choice-filling process by exercising web options which are released on the official website. The AP ICET choice filling process can be completed from any location using an internet connection and a computer or laptop. Candidates must visit the AP ICET counselling official website in order to exercise their web options in the web-based counselling process.

Once the AP ICET web options are released for the AP ICET final phase, a link will be available named “Web-Options” which candidates must click on. On the web options login page, candidates must enter their AP ICET hall ticket number, date of birth, and captcha code to log in and exercise web options. In the next step, the candidate must access the Option Entry Form to exercise options. All of the information regarding the entire procedure can be found on the portal's Help Screen. Upon completion of all the options, candidates are required to save their entries and exit the portal.

AP ICET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Seat Allotment

AP ICET 2025 seat allotment is based on the candidate's preference and the colleges' availability. Candidate reservations that apply are also taken into account during the AP ICET final phase counselling seat allotment process. An applicant may select as few or as many options as they'd like. During the AP ICET web options, the exam authorities advise candidates not to select any options for colleges in which they have no interest.

The AP ICET final phase counselling seat allotment will be released soon after the web options are closed and all registered candidates have submitted their preferences. AP ICET 2025 Final Phase Counselling Post Seat Allotment

Once candidates have been allotted seats through the AP ICET final phase counselling, they will receive the AP ICET seat allotment letter with instructions on the deadline for reporting to the allotted college. Candidates will need to physically visit the college within the stipulated time frame for document verification and admission confirmation. After visiting the college, candidates will need to present the required documents for verification, pay the admission fee, and complete any other formalities.

For candidates who did not get seat allotment or got a seat allotment that was not their first preference, subsequent counselling phases will be held depending on the availability of seats in AP ICET participating colleges. AP ICET spot admissions will also be conducted, during which the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will conduct an additional round of counselling to allocate the remaining seats in various colleges.
