Karnataka Application Process for B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc AHS, BPT and BPO

The Directorate of Medical Education has released a notification detailing the application and admission process of different allied health science programmes in the state. Through the article, the candidates will be able to learn about the Karnataka B.Sc Nursing , BPT , BPO and B.Sc Allied Health Sciences Application Process 2019. Those who are interested in pursuing one of these programmes from the different Government colleges in the state will need to go through all the admission requirements.

The Karnataka Government has asked the Directorate of Medical Education to design the rules and regulations for the admissions to the B.Sc Nursing, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics and B.Sc Allied Health Sciences programmes in the state. Therefore, the candidates who wish to the different programmes mentioned above must go through the rules and regulations for admissions to these courses.

The candidates aspiring to pursue one of these programmes must meet the Karnataka B.Sc Nursing, BPT, BPO and B.Sc Allied Health Sciences eligibility criteria 2019. The candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for the course that they wish to pursue in the state. Here are the eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing, BPT, BPO and B.Sc Allied Science course admissions in Karnataka for 2019.

Karnataka B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2019

Those who are interested in pursuing a nursing programme in Karnataka, they are required to meet the Karnataka B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2019. As per the rules and regulations of DME, aspirants need to have a Pre-University Certificate (PUC) from the stream of science.

  • Candidates must pass the subjects of Physics, Chemistry Biology and English individually.

  • Candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology together.

  • As per reservation rules, SC/ST candidates will need to obtain a minimum aggregate score of 40% in the qualifying examination.

Karnataka BPT Eligibility Criteria 2019

Those who are interested in pursuing an undergraduate course in physiotherapy in Karnataka, they will need to satisfy the Karnataka BPT Eligibility Criteria 2019. The basic eligibility criteria needed for admission to the course requires aspirants to have cleared their class 12 board examinations in the stream of science.

  • Candidates need to pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

  • A minimum aggregate score of 40% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

  • SC/ST/OBC candidates need to obtain a minimum aggregate score of 35%

Karnataka BPO Eligibility Criteria 2019

The candidates who are aspiring to pursue a programme in prosthetics and orthotics in the state, they will need to meet the Karnataka BPO eligibility criteria 2019. As per the DME regulations, candidates need to have a valid PUC, i.e. pass class 12 board examinations from a Karnataka Government recognised board of education.

  • Candidates need to pass in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English

  • They will need to obtain a minimum aggregate score of 40% in Physics, Chemistry Mathematics/Biology.

  • SC/ST/OBC candidates need a minimum aggregate score of more than 35% in the qualifying examination.

Karnataka B.Sc Allied Health Sciences Eligibility Criteria 2019

The candidates interested in pursuing one of the allied health science courses in Karnataka, then they will be required to satisfy the Karnataka B.Sc Allied Health Sciences Eligibility Criteria 2019.

  • Candidates must have passed the class 12 board examination or have a valid PUC or any other equivalent degree recognised by the Karnataka Government or Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

  • Candidates must pass the class 12 board examination in subjects of Science, viz. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Note:

The admission to all the courses mentioned above will be done based on the rules and regulations as defined by the Directorate of Medical Education. The Directorate of Medical Education follows the directions set by the Government. Therefore, all the different reservation category students will be able to apply for admission based on the regulations for admission via reservation as set by the government. The candidates will have to provide the respective authorities with the documents proving their eligibility via reservation category.

The application process for theses courses will be done based on the regulations structured by the Directorate of Medical Education. Here are the steps on how to apply for Karnataka B.Sc Nursing, BPT, BPO and B.Sc Allied Health Sciences Application Process 2019. Those who are interested in applying for the programmes must follow the process as has been mentioned by the Directorate of Medical Education for a successful application process.

  • Visit the official Website of Karnataka Examinations Authority

  • Search for the Link that says NAHL-2019 Online Registration

  • Fill in all the details asked by the website

  • After the Details have been entered, the candidate will receive an ID and Password on the email ID and Mobile number that has been registered with the website.

  • Upload the required documents, such as a recent coloured passport size Photograph of the applicant, along with their signature and Left-Hand Thumb fingerprint in JPG or JPEG format individually.

  • Applicants shall pay the mentioned application fee

  • Take a printout of the application form (A4 size only)

  • Fill in the details on the application form and take a photocopy of the same.

Important Note:

When filling in the details on the application form, be careful in entering the details. You can edit the details that you have entered, however, after the application form has been submitted, any further changes or edits will not be entertained. Therefore, candidates are advised to correctly fill in the details as incorrect details can lead to cancellation of the application form.
