All those students who meet the cutoff will get a chance to participate in the admission process of their desired college under Veer Kunwar Singh University.

While registering for the Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 counselling process , students will have to mark their choices in order of preference and lock them. They will be allocated seats at the participating colleges based on their preferences and rank. Upon being satisfied with the allottment, students have to report to the allocated college and fulfil further admission formalities. However, those who have not been allocated a seat in the first round or are not satisfied with the seat allocated can participate in the subsequent rounds.
