This engineering discipline is concerned with the study of the principle and operation of measuring instruments that are required in fields of design, pneumatic domains, configuration of automated systems in electrical, etc. An Instrumentation and Control Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the productivity, stability, reliability, optimisation and safety of instruments for any organisation.

Selection Process:

Eligibility: It is important for you to score at least 60% marks in class 12 in order to be eligible for the top colleges offering this course. Other colleges also accept students with 50% marks in class 12 with science.

Entrance Exam: Like other engineering disciplines, admission to Instrumentation and Control Engineering is also done on the basis of entrance exams mentioned above. Admission to central government colleges will be done on the basis of either JEE Main or JEE Advanced .

Whereas, state-based colleges will take students on the basis of state-level entrance exams like MHT CET , WBJEE , KCET , etc. Private and Deemed Universities conduct their own engineering entrance exams for admissions like VITEE , BITSAT , etc.

For admission to the MCA course at CBIT Hyderabad, the TS ICET 2024 cutoff is yet to be released. However, we can make predictions based on the 2023 cutoff for the ST category. CBIT Hyderabad cutoff for the ST category opened and closed on 8337 ranks in 2023 for males, and for females; the opening rank was 967 while the closing rank was 25785. Dear student, 

The Government Engineering College Challakere admission process for BTech admission is through KCET only. There is no other way, like management quota or spot admission, which will give you direct admission without qualifying for the KCET entrance exam. In addition, you need to score 50% or more marks in the class 12 exam with PCM courses from a recognised board or college to become eligible for Government Engineering College Challakere admission to BTech. The fee for BTech at Government Engineering College Challakere is Rs 33,800 per year.

You should contact the contact the conducting body of AP PGECET exam immediately to fix the issue else it might become a serious problem on the exam day.
