How to download CSIR NET E-Certificate 2025 Part 2 and 3?
Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC, https://www.ugc.ac.in/.Step 2: Find the link "Click to download the e-certificate of the CSIR-UGC Test from December 2016 onwards" and click on it.
Step 3: Select "Yes" or "No".
- Candidates who received their password via OTP after September 1, 2017, or when filling out the CSIR NET application form can select "Yes".

Important Instructions for Sending the Documents

- Candidates who applied in the Result Awaited (RA) category (MSc or equivalent) must submit the necessary documents only after they have completed their qualification.
- Candidates who would like to carry their documents in person must go on working days between 10 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Such candidates should bring self-attested copies of the above-mentioned documents with them (they shouldn't be sent by post).
Instructions for CSIR NET Duplicate Certificate
Candidates must follow the steps provided below to receive a duplicate CSIR NET E-Certificate.
- The application number, parents' names, date of examination, roll number, domain subject, as well as candidate's address should all be entered in an affidavit on judicial stamp paper. Both the appropriate authority and UGC have to verify the same.
- If a candidate discovers the original CSIR Certificate, they must state in their affidavits that they will return the duplicate CSIR NET certificate as soon as possible, without any misuse.
- The candidate must draw a Rs 100 demand draft in favour of the Secretary, University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, and pay it at the State Bank of India (SBI), Service Branch (code-7687). The draught must be submitted in addition to the affidavit.

Note: If a candidate did not submit the documents previously, they can submit them along with the request letter.
What to do if the CSIR NET E-Certificate is not received?
Candidates must know the following pointers to understand what to do if CSIR NET E-Certificate is not recieved:
- Officials will only issue a duplicate certificate if you lose it or do not receive the original.
- Candidates must state in their affidavit that if they find their original CSIR NET Award Letter, they will not misuse the duplicate and return it to the NET Bureau.
- In addition to the affidavit, candidates must submit a demand draft for INR 100/- made payable to the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi and payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, New Delhi.
- Candidates must include an attested copy of the FIR filed at the Police Station. The Class-I gazetted officer's attestation stamp must include his or her name, designation, as well as the official address.
