GATE 2025 Exam Dates: IIT Roorkee has announced the official GATE 2025 exam dates on its website, iitr.ac.in. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15 & 16, 2025. The GATE exam 2025 will be held in two shifts, each having a duration of 3 hours. Shift 1 (forenoon shift) will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM while Shift 2 (afternoon shift) timings will be 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.  The GATE application form 2025 correction last date has been further extended till November 22, 2024, for PwD students. GATE 2025 Exam Schedule & Timings

IIT Roorkee has released the complete schedule and shift timings of the GATE exam 2025 on its website. The entrance examination will be conducted in two slots – Forenoon and Afternoon shifts. GATE 2025 Application Form Date

IIT Roorkee commenced GATE 2025 registration through GOAPS on August 28, 2024. The application process of GATE includes online registration, application form fill-up, uploading of relevant documents, and application fee payment before the final submission. Students could fill out and submit the GATE application form 2025 without a late fee till October 3, 2024 and with a late fee till October 11, 2024.

The correction facility for GATE application form 2025 is underway at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The GATE 2025 application form correction last date has been extended to November 22, 2024, for PwD students. However, the application form correction window will be closed on November 20, 2024 for the regular students. During this period, students can modify or edit certain details or mistakes made while filling out the registration form.

GATE 2025 Admit Card Date

The conducting authority, IIT Roorkee will issue the GATE admit card 2025 on January 2, 2025. The GATE 2025 hall ticket will be available online at iitr.ac.in for a specified period within which students must download the same. It is mandatory for all aspirants to carry a copy of the GATE 2025 admit card to the test centre on the day of the examination failing which they shall not be allowed to take the GATE exam 2025.

GATE 2025 Answer Key Date

After the conclusion of the GATE exam 2025, IIT Roorkee will release the GATE answer key 2025 for all 30 papers tentatively in February 2025. The official GATE 2025 answer key date will be revealed in the information brochure once released. The authority will first publish the provisional answer keys containing all the correct answers. Students can use the official answer keys to assess the correct responses and predict their scores in the GATE exam 2025. They will have the opportunity to challenge the preliminary answer keys in case of any discrepancies within the specified period. The authority will review the objections raised by students and publish the GATE 2025 final answer key after resolving the issues, tentatively in March 2025.

GATE 2025 Result Date

The GATE result 2025 will be announced on March 19, 2025. The authority typically takes about 30 days to declare the results of GATE examination. The GATE scorecard 2025 will be released at iitr.ac.in on March 28 to May 31, 2025. Students can download the GATE scorecard 2025 by paying late fees of INR 500 per paper from June 1 to December 31, 2025. Students can check their GATE scores and All India Ranks from the official website. Those who clear the GATE exam 2025 and make it to the GATE rank list 2025 shall be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

GATE 2025 Counselling Date

The GATE counselling date 2025 will be announced after the declaration of the result. Students who qualify GATE exam 2025 shall be eligible to take part in the counselling rounds to get a seat in the GATE participating colleges 2025. The counselling for GATE is done through two portals. GATE counselling 2025 for admission to IITs will be done through COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) while for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs will be conducted through CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M. Tech/ M. Arch/ M. Plan). As per the current year, registration for GATE COAP counselling 2025 is likely to commence in March 2025. GATE CCMT counselling 2025 will likely begin in the last week of May or the beginning of June 2025.
