GATE 2025 IN Qualifying Cutoff Marks: IIT Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 IN qualifying cutoff marks at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The GATE Instrumentation Engineering cutoff marks 2025 for the general category is 25.6 for the general category, 23 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and 17 for SC/ST/PwD. The GATE 2025 IN cutoff marks are the minimum scores required to qualify the exam. Typically less than 10,000 students sit for the GATE Instrumentation Engineering exam each year, making it one of the lesser opted papers. As per the 2024 reports, 9,900 students appeared for the exam but only 1,978 of them scored the minimum GATE IN cutoff marks. So it can be assumed that the qualifying percentage is quite low. The GATE cutoff 2025 will take into account several factors including the difficulty level of the GATE 2025 exam , the number of students who appeared, the availability of seats in the GATE 2025 participating colleges etc. In this article, we have provided the category wise GATE IN 2025 qualifying cutoff marks along with the cutoff scores from the past few years.

Over the years, the qualifying marks have seen a declining trend. In the 2022 exam, the GATE qualifying marks were as high as 28.2 marks; however, in the 2024 exam, the cutoff marks were down to 21.8 marks.
