Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses (AECCs) are of four credits each. Students can understand from the name that these are compulsory courses in the IGNOU BA syllabus 2024. In the first semester, students have the BEVAE-181 Environmental Studies and two AECCs are offered in the second semester - BEGAE 182 English Communication Skills and BHDAE 182 Hindi Bhasha aur Sampreshan.
