IIT JAM 2018 Participating Institutes: Opening and Closing Ranks

The Joint Admission Test Committee added Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad to the list of colleges accepting IIT JAM 2018 scores.
IISc Bangalore and 14 IITs participate in the exam; opening and closing ranks of different specialisations is given below.

IIT JAM 2018 Participating Institutes: Opening and Closing Ranks

IIT JAM 2018 will be conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to Master of Science (M.Sc.) programmes offered by some of the most reputed institutes in the country. For the session 2017-18, the score of IIT JAM was accepted by IISc Bangalore and all 14 of the Indian Institutes of Technology.

However, for the session 2018-19, the Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad has also joined the Joint Admission Test Committee and will accept students for its M.Sc. courses on the basis of IIT JAM Score. Now, 16 institutes will offer Master of Science programmes on the basis of IIT JAM score.

The Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech as well as M.Tech courses to interested candidates. The admission to B.Tech courses is offered on the basis of candidate's performance in the JEE Main or AP EAMCET entrance exams. Hello Durgesh, the cut-off for admission to K.K. Wagh College of Nursing is based on the marks obtained in the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) for Nursing. The MHT CET for Nursing is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). The cut-off for admission to each branch at K.K. Wagh College of Nursing varies from year to year. The cut-off is usually higher for the more popular branches, such as B.Sc Nursing. Candidates can checkout the K.K.
