The National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) was earlier known as the National Institute of Training in Industrial Engineering. NITIE also offers Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) and a Fellow Programme. Since PGDIE is a technical diploma, admissions to the program are done based on the GATE score.
