List of Documents Required for TS ECET Counselling 2024: The TS ECET counselling registration for round 1 is being conducted from June 8 to June 11, 2024. And candidates have to self report to their college of choice from June 18 to 21, 2024 with all required documents. During the TS ECET 2024 counselling there are certain sets of documents required for the verification process. Document verification is an important aspect of the TS ECET counselling 2023 during which candidates must bring original documents and make sure that there is no malpractice. The list of documents required for TS ECET counselling 2024 includes TS ECET admit card, TS ECET 2024 rank card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheet, mark sheet and degree/provisional certificate of the qualifying examination, transfer certificate, etc. For the TS ECET spot admission, the list of documents includes Diploma/B.Sc. Original, study certificate, Marks Memorandum of 3 Years, TS ECET rank card (if required), TS ECET hall ticket (if required), residence certificate, etc.

Only those candidates who secured the minimum qualifying marks were invited to take part in the counselling process based on their TS ECET 2024 Rank. The dates for the final phase of TS ECET Counselling 2024 have been updated in the table below.

TS ECET Counselling 2024: Step-by-Step Procedure

The counselling process for TS ECET 2024 involves multiple steps, starting from online registration and fee payment to choice filling and locking, document verification, seat allotment, and finally, reporting to the designated institute.

Candidates can check the step-by-step procedure below -

Step 1: Online Registration

The first step of the Telangana State ECET counselling process is online registration. Candidates who are shortlisted based on their TS ECET ranks must first visit the official website – www.tsecet.nic.in and register themselves online to fill out the application form and book a slot for the counselling.

Step 2: Payment of Processing Fee

After filling out the application form, candidates must pay the required fee amount to proceed and book a slot as per their preference. The counselling fee amount for the SC/ST category is INR 600/- while that for all other categories including General/EWS/OBC etc. is INR 1,200/-. The TS ECET 2024 counselling fee can be paid online through Net banking/Credit card/Debit card, whichever seems convenient to the candidate.

Step 3: Slot Booking for Document Verification

After the successful payment of the processing fee, candidates can book their slots and visit the allotted centres along with the essential documents for verification. It is to be noted that document verification is an integral part of the TS ECET counselling process and those candidates who fail to report for document and certificate verification shall not be allotted seats.

Step 4: Choice Filling and Locking

Following the verification of documents, students will be able to fill in their preferred B. Tech colleges and courses by logging in to the portal. While entering the name of the institutes, students must fill in the information in order of preference since it will be taken into consideration during seat allotment. Besides, candidates are advised to enter as many names as they can depending on their ranks to improve their chances of selection to the desired course. Once the choices are filled in, candidates must ensure to lock them in order to be considered for seat allotment. It must be noted that once the choices are locked, candidates will not be able to make any further changes.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

TSCHE has announced that the TS ECET Seat Allotment 2024 will commence on June 18, 2024 in online mode. The seats will be allocated on the basis of the candidate's preference, merit, and availability. Once the final seats are allotted, candidates will need to report to the designated TS ECET participating college for admission.

Step 5: Confirmation of Admission

Finally, selected candidates will need to download their seat allotment order and pay the required fee amount to confirm their admission. On the day of admission, candidates must report to the allotted institute along with the necessary documents and certificates to conclude the admission process successfully.
