4. Face Visibility : The photograph should exhibit at least 80 percent of your face. This includes the visibility of the ears and part of their upper face. The photograph should be taken against a plain white background only.
5. Scanned Postcard Photograph : If you plan on providing a scanned postcard photograph (4”x6”), it must be legible and adhere to the size range of 10 KB to 200 KB.
6. File Format : It is recommended that the image file format for the photograph is JPEG or JPG. It's crucial to ensure that the image is saved in one of these formats for successful uploading.

Guidelines for Uploading Signature in UGC NET Application Form 2025

• You must ensure your signature file is in JPG format.
• You must ensure your signature image file falls within the 4 KB to 30 KB size limit.
• Your signatures must be in running letters and not in all capitals.
• You must use a black ballpoint pen on white paper for your signature.
• You must positively not upload another person's signature or a signature that is different from their official signature, since this will invalidate their application, constituting an Unfair Means Case, possibly leading to legal action.

In case the candidates have uploaded the wrong documents in the UGC NET 2025 application form, they can change it at the time of application form correction. The application form correction for UGC NET 2025 will start after the application form submission is over.
