NATA/ JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 Cutoff for B.Arch Admission in Telangana:
Architecture is one of the most sought-after courses in India. Lakhs of candidates register for NATA and JEE Main entrance exams every year to get shortlisted for admission to B.Arch courses in India. Like every other state, Telangana also conducts its own counselling process through which it provides admission to the qualifying candidates to the Bachelor of Architecture program at different architecture colleges. The admission is done on the basis of the SAR Merit List which is also known as the State Architecture Rank List. The SAR list consists of the names of all the candidates who have qualified for admission along with the SAR score & rank obtained by them.

How is SAR (State Architecture Rank) Calculated?
In the SAR Merit List, the candidates are provided with the SAR score which determines their merit number in the list. The SAR score of the candidate is calculated by giving 50% weightage to the NATA/ JEE Main Paper 2 score and 50% weightage to the qualifying exam score. For example, if a candidate has scored 93% in class 12 and 177 out of 200 in NATA, then his/ her SAR score will be 90. If a candidate has appeared for both NATA and JEE Main exams, then the SAR score will be calculated on the basis of the higher percentage obtained in one of the exams.
