Candidates who will not be allotted a seat in the first round or have secured a seat but wish to appear for better options are eligible to apply for TS ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling. The final phase seat allotment result will be announced on July 21, 2024.

Who is Eligible for TS ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling?

TS ECET Final Phase Counselling 2024 : The TS ECET Counselling 2024 final phase counselling started on July 15, 2024 on ecet.tsche.ac.in.The registration process was conducted on July 15 and 16, whereas web options filling was available on July 17 and 18, 2024. The seat allotment result for the final round will be released on July 21, 2024. Candidates who secured a seat in round 1 but were not interested to join or who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified are eligible for TS ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling. Also, those candidates who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified and who have secured a seat, self-reported and aspiring for a better option is qualified for the final phase counselling.

If seats remain vacant following the final round of the TS ECET seat allotment 2024 , a spot counselling round will be held. After completing the counselling process, candidates would be able to get admission to preferred courses. TSCHE releases the seat allotment result after the end of TS ECET counselling 2024. The final seat allotment will be based on the candidate's TS ECET 2024 rank, availability of seats, and choices locked by them, according to the counselling procedure.

TS ECET Final Phase Counselling 2024 Process

In order to increase their chances of seat allotment, the candidates should exercise as many options as possible. The TS ECET 2022 Final Phase Counselling Process/ Rules are listed below:

  • The provisional allotment for the final phase will be released on the official website of TS ECET.

  • The candidates can download the provisional allotment letter by visiting the official website and logging in with the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth.

  • The candidates will have to pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the provisional allotment letter using Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card mode.

  • Further, the candidates will have to self-report through the website or report to the allotted college and register with biometrics for attendance in the college to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.

  • An admission number will be generated in the candidate’s portal on the official website after self-reporting through the online system. The candidate needs to take a printout and report at their allotted college.

  • The candidates must bring all the certificates and documents required at the time of reporting to the college otherwise their seats will be cancelled.

  • If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he/she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.

Important Points to Note About TS ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling

The candidates must keep in mind the following important points regarding TS ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling:

  • The options exercised by the candidates for round 1 will not be considered for the final phase and they have to exercise the options again.

  • Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and paid the Tuition Fee online and self-reported through the website need not exercise options once again. However, such candidates will have to report to the allotted college and register with Biometric for attendance at the college.

  • If the candidates exercise options and a seat is allotted as per their options, the vacated seat by that candidate (that was earlier allotted) will be allotted to the next eligible candidate and they will have no claim on the previous allotment
