The Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciencesi (BIMS) has the following fees for the academic year 2023–2024:

Hotel fees:

Rs 12,000 per year for the boys' hostel

Rs 10,000 per year for the girls' hostel

Boys and girls are housed in separate sections of the BIMS hostel. Each hostel room includes two or three beds and is furnished with the most fundamental furniture, including a bed, desk, chair, and almirah.The hostel also features a common area with a TV, fridge, and other amenities for entertainment.

The hostel guests are fed by the BIMS mess both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. A balanced and wholesome diet for students is intended by the mess menu. The BIMS administration oversees the hostel and mess.
