RBS College of Education is committed to promote effective Teaching-Learning process. College has a spacious and well-stocked library. It is well furnished and computerized and has an attached 'Research-cum-Study Room specifically meant to serve the needs of the M. Ed. students. The library contains over 26000 books on education. Library contains 24 educational surveys, encyclopedia, dictionaries and reference books, 12 journals, 16 magazines and all news papers come regularly. It also runs a 'Book-Bank' to meet the needs of students. The library has, indeed, gone a longway in contributing to the cause of teacher education during the last 54 years.  College has hostel for girls. College provides hostel facilities for Girl students to continue their studies and utilize their time effectively.
