The R.V. College of Nursing offers good infrastructure facilities and is equipped with the most updated version of technology and interiors to train the students well. The faculty of R.V. College of Nursing consists of senior professionals who are well experienced. The R.V. College of Nursing celebrates all the events related to healthcare.

The college has its own library which is well stocked with all the books related to the field of healthcare and others. The college also provides the students with access to a digital library. It also has a  Nursing lab, Nutrition lab, Community Health Nursing labs, MCH Lab, Anatomy and Physiology lab and Audio Visual lab, Biochemistry and Microbiology lab to provide training to the students.

The R.V. College of Nursing campus comprises of both boys and girls hostels. The hostels also have a mess and a medical centre. The R.V. College of Nursing also has its own hospital. The hospital comprises of 300 beds. This hospital has the outstanding infrastructure and latest facilities.

For the benefit of outstation students, the college provides boarding facilities at reasonable charges around the campus –exclusively for boys and girls, which are dedicated and quality facilities for the students. Homely food is served for students here. And provisions for regular Medical checkup and Treatment in case of emergencies are also taken care of.

National service scheme programme was started in our college from 2005. Students participated in various health awareness rallies like diabetic's awareness, AIDS awareness, prevention of anemia and pulse polio programme.

Students also organize various health education programmes like nssrole-play and demonstration at community level.
