Institutional library has more than 5000 books including reference books, encyclopedia, fictions and non-fictions. The library also subscribes more than 35 magazines/journals on subject specialization, literature, sports, environment and University news-letters. Book-bank facility is also offered to the regular students. Every year orientation programs are conducted in order to acquaint students with the functioning of institutional as well as public library. A technically advanced English Language Laboratory seeks to complement the demands of existing curriculum. Through audio-visual learning sessions students get to strengthen their linguistic abilities. Interactive sessions are held to establish discourse in Second Language and the students are encouraged to make presentations by using the audio-visual apparatus. For the students coming from various strata of society under the auspices of SEEDS (Samarpan English Education for Development of Students), a number of such activities have been undertaken.
