Hostel facilities are exemplary at YITS.Students coming form different parts of the country and abroad feel at homely in the hostel .cool green .pleasant ambience with separate residential Facilities for boys and girls is provided in the campus .The hostel can accommodate around 600 boys and 300 girls .Wardens are local guardians who act a guides and give moral support to the Residents. Safety and security of the students has been entrusted to a  professional security agency  .Medical assistance is also available round the clock to the residents. The  Library with attached digital library at YITS contains more than 15,000 volumes of classified textbooks and reference books.Educational CD’s Are well as a sizeable number of research journals and Magazines are available in the reading room for the enhancement of knowledge of the students .The college subsribes to several National and international journals .It offers a variety of attractive space for study and research for over 200 students at a time .There is a provision for workstations, a copier/ printer /scanner. The Library is open to the students 24 hours a day 7 Days a week
