Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for the admission to UG and PG professional courses such as B.Tech, B.Pharma , B.Des , MBA , MCA etc. It is a state level entrance examination through which candidates can secure admission at private, unaided and government colleges across the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Lovely Professional University is not an autonomous college; it is a private university established under the state legislature. This gives it the authority to design its own curriculum, conduct exams, and award degrees independently. Despite not being autonomous in the traditional college sense, LPU functions with full academic freedom and maintains high standards in teaching, innovation, and industry-oriented education.

Is it possible to change my course in LPU after getting admission?

Yes, it is certainly possible to apply for a course change at LPU after securing admission. The university provides an official 'Apply for Programme Transfer' service via your admission portal. Approval is contingent on seat availability and meeting the eligibility criteria of the desired course at the time of your request.
