CollegeDekho Review Policy
This policy applies to an individual (“Reviewer”; collectively "Reviewers") submitting college review(s) on webpage https://www.collegedekho.com/reviews/add-and-earn of the portal collegedekho.com operated by Girnarsoft Education Services Pvt. Ltd. ("CollegeDekho"). Reviewers will be compensated with INR 100 for each approved review, subject to the conditions outlined herein for reviews submitted till 20th February 2024 and post that date the compensation will be INR 50 per approved and published review.
The Terms & Conditions of the paid review program are also listed on the CollegeDekho website. The Reviewer confirms at the time of submission that he/she/they has read the Terms & Conditions of the Program on how to participate, details on collection, retention, usage and sharing of personal data.
Reviewer also confirms that he/she has read Privacy Policy on our corporate website for clarifications.
Submission and Compensation Guidelines:
- Reviewers are sent various formats of communications including email and SMS and are encouraged to submit genuine, original reviews based on personal experience on https://www.collegedekho.com/reviews/add-and-earn
- There is no limit to the number of reviews a Reviewer can submit. However, compensation is limited to two approved reviews per Reviewer.
- To qualify for compensation, Reviewers must submit reviews using a consistent email address, phone number, and UPI ID across submissions.
- The content used in the entry should not contain any false, incorrect, offensive, defamatory, indecent, abusive content that can in any manner be deemed as offensive by any section of society or prohibited under any religion or law. CollegeDekho reserves its rights to cancel or remove any answer/entry or usage of the Program by any participant at any point of time, at its discretion. The decision of CollegeDekho shall be final and binding on this.
- CollegeDekho reserves the right to withhold payment for any review suspected of containing false or misleading information or for submissions that fail to meet our guidelines
Payment Terms:
- Approved reviews will be compensated at a rate of INR 100 per review submitted from 30th Jan 2024 till 20th February 2024. Post 20th February 2024, the compensation will be Rs. 50 per review for submissions made from 20th February 2024 onwards.
- Payments will be made to the Reviewer's provided UPI ID within 24 hours of review being approved and published by CollegeDekho, with a maximum of two payments per unique Reviewer (based on email, phone number, and UPI ID).
- CollegeDekho reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Reviewer's information before issuing payment.
Rights and Responsibilities:
- CollegeDekho has the right to use, edit, or reject any submitted reviews.
- Upon submission, Reviewer grants CollegeDekho a perpetual, non-exclusive license over the submitted content to use, edit, and publish in full or part across all CollegeDekho platforms.
- Reviewer is solely responsible for the content of the submitted review(s) and may be held liable for any third-party claims arising out of the same.
Liability and Disclaimers:
- CollegeDekho disclaims all liability for inaccuracies or falsehoods in submitted reviews.
- Reviewer shall indemnify CollegeDekho against any claims related to the content of their reviews, including infringement of intellectual property rights
Amendments and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and Conditions of this policy may be amended by the CollegeDekho at any time.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
