IMRT Lucknow, also known as the Institute of Management Research and Technology, was founded in 2008. The director of this institute is Dr Vishal Talwar, who has extensive teaching experience and sound industry experience. Institute of Management Research and Technology is affiliated with AKTU Lucknow and approved by NCTE. IMRT Lucknow has been accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Institute of Management Research and Technology Lucknow offers seven courses that span from graduate degrees to postgraduate degrees.
