Lucknow, the city of culture, etiquette, and monuments, also known for its role in the struggle for freedom, houses Integral University. It was founded as the "Institute of Integral Technology" by a group of IITians from Educational institutions, government organizations, and various businesses. It was the first State Private University to be designated as a "Minority Institution." Under Act No. 9, 2004, the Integral University was created on 6th February 2004.

Applicants may enrol at Integral University for the 2023–24 academic year based on their CAT score. On December 21, the administration made the IIM CAT results online accessible. Students may access the results by going to iimcat.ac.in, the exam's official website. Prior to that, on October 27, 2022, the CAT entrance card became available. Students could use a link on the official website to obtain their admission cards. On August 3, 2022, registration for the CAT 2022 test opened. Applications for CAT 2022 have to be submitted by September 21, 2022. On November 27, 2022, candidates for the MBA programme at Integral University Delhi must take the CAT exam.

With the release of the CAT results in 2022, IIMs will publish their own cut-offs to select applicants for MBA programmes. Applicants must pass further admissions requirements, such as the written test, group discussion, and personality interview, in order to enrol in their preferred business school. The top MBA programmes consider applicants' work history in addition to CAT scores.

New at Integral University : 

For several undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programmes, including BBA, BCA, and MCA,  Integral University  admission for 2022 is currently available. The University has not, however, made the deadline for applications public. On its official website, the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has opened the online registration period for the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility Test UG, also known as UP NEET UG 2022 Mop-up round counselling.

There are more than 120 academic programmes available at Integral University in Lucknow, including ones in the fields of engineering, science, architecture, pharmacy, information technology, business, management, design, humanities, law, education, and many more. There are now about 1200 registered students and over 35000 alumni. The BTech, MTech, MBA, MBBS, and B.Arch programmes of Integral University in Lucknow are among the most well-liked ones. The IUET administered by the institution serves as the foundation for admission to the Integral University. Candidates have the option of applying for admission offline or online. The INR 1000 application fee for admission can be paid online or by Demand Draft made out to the Treasurer of Integral University and payable to Lucknow.

Integral University ensures a disciplined atmosphere and maintains its decorum by making certain that the campus is ragging-free. It has all the resources required for higher education. It supports sports activities too. IUL provides hostel accommodations for its students and can house up to 2600 students.

The campus of Integral University also has a hospital that has 550 beds as part of the Medical College. The Medical College has ultra-modern medical facilities and engages more than 200 doctors. 

Integral University Lucknow (IUL) has 25 departments and faculties in 11 specialties. It offers more than 200 programs, offers seats for 12,000+ students (including Foreign National, PIO/ OCI cardholders, NRI, and NRI-sponsored students, and has a vast network of more than 35000 alumni.

The programs offered at Integral University expose the students to unlimited career opportunities and make them ready for the real world at a global level. The university tends to integrate spiritual and moral values with education to create awareness and self-reliance in younger generations.

Integral University has strict rules against ragging on the campus. It is a punishable offense and can lead to the cancellation of admissions. There can be monetary consequences as well. Following committees have been put up in place for the prevention of ragging:

• Anti-Ragging Committee: The following members will be the part of this committee:
  • Pro-Vice-Chancellor as Chairperson
  • DSW as Member
  • Deans of all the departments as Members
  • HODs as Members
  • Proctor as Member
  • Provost as Member
  • Chief Hostel Warden as Member
• Anti Ragging Flying Squad: This committee has 9 groups. In each group, there are 7 faculty members from different departments of the university. The main purpose of this squad is to ensure the duties assigned to anti-ragging committees are adequately executed.
• Counseling cell on Ragging: This cell is headed by a senior faculty with 4 members from different departments and briefs the students on the activities or actions that might be considered ragging and the outcomes if found liable.
• Departmental Disciplinary Committee: This committee is headed by the Assistant Proctor and 3 faculty members of the respective departments. It is set up to be mobile, alert, and active at all times of the day and is empowered to inspect potential ragging places.

Integral University also has a Women Grievance Cell to promote equal opportunities for development for women and prevent any sexual harassment and gender discrimination.

An additional committee for grievances regarding COVID-19 also has been put up in place to address the concerns and grievances of the students related to examinations or any other academic activities arising due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Integral University, Lucknow has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agriculture Sciences and Technology, Kashmir (SKUAST-K) on 15th September 2021. MoU was signed between the 2 Universities to share the facilities and the expertise available and strengthen the functional relationship. 

This will help the sponsored students, the in-service scientists & the technical staff of SKUAST-K to seek Ph. D degrees in the following programs as per the guidelines issued by funding agencies of IUL :

• Agricultural Engineering and Technology

SKUAST-K, in turn, will provide short-term training in their field of specializations to the students and the faculties of Integral University, Lucknow.

The curriculum at Integral University is designed by highly experienced faculty members who work towards the idea of transforming students and their life as per industry demands. Therefore, the curriculum is designed in such a way that helps the students shine in their respective professions. 

Apart from the academic curriculum, various extracurricular activities are organized for the students for their overall development. Provisions are provided for indoor and outdoor sports activities, and a fully functional and well-equipped Gym is available at the campus and the hostel. Students from Integral University have participated in and represented the university at various inter-college sports and events and secured awards for the university.

Integral University Library: The university's library offers electronic materials via the library portal. Along with wi-fi capabilities, the library features a reading area for academics and researchers. It offers electronic library services.

Integral University Classroom and Laboratories: Modern laboratories with internet are available at the institution. The institution features modern technology in its smart classrooms for its pupils.

Integral University Central Auditorium: The auditorium has a sophisticated audiovisual setup, tailored furnishings, central air conditioning, and high-speed internet connection. There is enough for 300 spectators in the main hall. In order to allow concurrent meetings, there are four small conference rooms with a capacity of 120 each in addition to the main hall.

Integral University Language Lab: The language lab is a cutting-edge multimedia facility that uses computers, projectors, and other audio-visual equipment to provide effective Computer-Aided Language Learning (CALL) opportunities. It was created to aid pupils in acquiring strong communication abilities.

The Department of Commerce and Business Management at Integral University publishes The Integral Review-A Journal of Management every two years. One of the top scholarly publications in the subject of commerce and management, it is peer-reviewed. The Journal has contributed significantly to the sharing of information in the fields of commerce and management since its founding in 2008.

It is a peer-reviewed academic journal called The Integral Review-A Journal of Management. The purpose of the Journal is to touch upon and explore new vistas of knowledge and its distribution among academics and executives. It also aims to present readers with current concerns and trends arising in Management and Commerce. The Journal's layout is intended to be user-friendly. Integral Review-A Publication of Management is dedicated to publishing a wide range of conceptual and empirical articles/papers that offer a novel theoretical and/or significant addition to the field as a literature-based academic journal.

The process of obtaining knowledge includes research, and its application leads to the resolution of many complex issues. Innovative research in priority fields makes a significant contribution to the development of an institution, society, and ultimately the nation.
