CBSE Class 12 Marking Scheme 2022-23: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released CBSE Class 12 marking scheme 2022-23 for all subjects on its official website. Unlike the previous session, this year, CBSE will conduct only one exam. The CBSE Class 12 Exam 2023 will be conducted with 100% syllabus this year. All questions will be subjective in nature. The CBSE Class 12 marking scheme includes competency-based questions for a minimum of 30%, objective-type questions for 20%, and short answer/long answer questions for 50%.

CBSE Class 12 Assessment Policy 2023
The Central Board of Secondary Education announced that there will be no term-wise exam for the academic session 2022-23; only one term or one board examination will be conducted as was the norm earlier. As per the CBSE Curriculum 2022-23, the entire CBSE Class 12 syllabus would be asked in the final examinations. However, the exam pattern has been modified. As per the guidelines and Moderation Policy to be announced by the Board, more efforts will be given to make Internal Assessment/ Practical Project work more credible and valid to ensure fair distribution of marks.
CBSE Class 12 Qualifying Parameters 2023
According to the latest marking scheme for the academic year 2022-23 provided by the CBSE, students are required to get a minimum of 33% to pass the board exam, including theory, practical and internal assessments. Moreover, the students must secure at least 33% aggregate marks in order to pass the board exam. The marks division will be as per the pre covid era i.e. 70 for theory and 30 for practical and assessments.

CBSE Class 12 Physics question paper will comprise a total of five sections A, B, C, D and E. It is cumpulsory for all the students to attempt all the sections. There are a total of 35 questions in the question paper.
- Section A will have eighteen Multiple Choice Questions, and each question carrying 1 mark.
