UP B.Ed JEE 2024 Counselling Process

UP B.Ed JEE 2024 counselling process is conducted for all the candidates who have qualified the entrance exam so that they can be allocated seats.

The UP B.Ed JEE 2024 counselling process has already started and currently the registrations for the second round are being accepted. 

In order to participate in the counselling process, all the candidates have to fill a counselling registration form and pay counselling fees. 

While filling the counselling registration form, candidates have to upload certain documents in the prescribed format and ensure that the documents provided by them are valid and authentic in order to avoid any disqualification or cancellation of candidature. 

While filling the counselling applications from candidates will get a chance to exercise web options and to lock their choices in order of preference. Candidates can make multiple edits until the last date of counselling registration form submission.

On the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam, his or her academic achievements, web options locked, number of seats available, reservation policy followed by the institute, availability of course specialisation etc, candidates will be allocated seats.

For a smooth counselling process, candidates must follow some of the dos for UP B.Ed JEE 2024 counselling process given below.

• Candidates who have qualified the entrance exam must fill the counselling registration form available on the official website before the due date.
• Candidates must pay the counselling registration fees before the last date, as only then their counselling application form will be accepted. 
• While filling the application form certain documents have to be uploaded. Candidates have to make sure they follow the prescribed format while uploading these documents. Also, they need to make sure that the documents provided by them are valid and authentic.
• All those candidates who are applying under reservation categories, must provide their supporting documents or else they will be considered as general category candidates.
• While filling the registration form, candidates have to select web options in order of preference. Candidates can make multiple edits with respect to their preferences. However they should not forget to lock and submit their choices before the last date or else the last preference marked by them will be considered as their first preference.
• Candidates must follow dress code instructions for the counselling process. They should be properly dressed.
• Candidates must be aware of the counselling schedule and should cooperate with the counselling authorities.
• Candidates must report to the college on the allocated date and time in order to confirm their seats as there are a very limited number of seats.

Don'ts for UP B.Ed JEE 2024 Counselling Process

To avoid any kind of disqualification or cancellation of candidature, candidates must mandatorily avoid some of the donts for the UP B.Ed JEE 2024 counselling process listed below. 

• Candidates must not delay the counselling registration process and pay the counselling registration fees before the due date as only then their forms will be accepted. 
• Candidates must not forget to lock their options while filling the counselling registration form.
• Candidates must not miss any allocated date or time as this may create unnecessary problem. 
• Candidates must not provide illegal documents in order to avoid this qualification or cancellation of candidature.
• Candidates should cooperate with the counselling authorities and not create any nuisance during the online process.
• All those candidates who have been allocated seats must not delay the college reporting process and fulfill further admission formalities on time.
• All those candidates who have not been allocated seats must fill the registration forms for the subsequent round before the due date.
• Candidates who have been allocated a seat but are dissatisfied with the seat allocated to them in the first round must not unnecessarily wait and apply for subsequent rounds as there are very limited number of seats.
