The following is a list of items you will have to carry at the time of the GPAT 2024 examination.

  • The first and foremost important thing for the entrance exam is the GPAT 2024 Admit Card. You must ensure that all the information that is mentioned in the admit card is correct such as Candidate Name, Signature, Roll Number, Photograph, Date of birth, Gender, Father’s Name, Name and address of the exam center state code, etc.

  • One-passport size photograph. The passport size photograph should be exactly the same as in the application form.

  • One Original proof of identification such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration Card.

  • A valid PwD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer if any candidate claims relaxation under the PwD category

  • During the entrance exam, candidates are advised to follow the instructions given on the admit card at the time of examinations.

What Not to Carry on GPAT 2025 Exam Day?

The only thing that candidates are allowed to bring to an Examination Hall is the list of items mentioned above. All other things must be stored outside the examination room. Here is a list of items that you can not carry at the time of examination into the examining hall:

  • GPAT candidates are barred from taking any bags or luggage of any kind at the exam hall.

  • Drinking or eating in the exams hall is also forbidden

  • Inside an examination hall, electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators, cameras, earphones, headphones, tape recorders, etc are forbidden.

  • Furthermore, candidates will not be allowed to wear any kind of jewelry or accessories in the examination hall, such as watches. Candidates are advised to wear simple clothes, with minimal pockets, to alleviate suspicion of using unfair means.

  • Candidates are also not permitted to bring any kind of stationery items such as Pen, Pencil, Paper, Rulers, Eraser, etc.

GPAT Tips and Guidelines to follow on Exam Day

There are several other rules outlined for the GPAT 2025 entrance exam to ensure that the exams are conducted without the use of unfair means. Here are some GPAT 2025 tips and guidelines that needed to follow on Examination Day.

  • To finish the formalities, candidates must arrive at the Examination Centre two hours prior to the start of the test. The registration desk will close sixty minutes prior to the start of the test.

  • The GPAT 2025 admit card is one of the most crucial documents at the exam centre. A candidate is not permitted to take the GPAT entrance exam if they do not have a valid admit card.

  • In any event, candidates should email gpat.nta2019@gmail.com if they are having trouble obtaining their admit card. Additionally, candidates need to be aware that no admit cards will be mailed.

  • Candidates shall keep absolute silence and attend to their Question Papers. Every argument, movement, or interruption in the examination room/hall will be deemed as misbehaviour.

  • Candidates with barred items like Kara, Kirpan, etc. in particular, should report to their respective examination centers one and a half hours before the closing of the gate

  • An applicant's examination will be cancelled, the materials will be confiscated, and they will be held accountable for not taking the test for a predetermined amount of time as a form of offence or crime if they are discovered to have used unfair or impersonating methods.

  • The candidate's roll number will determine which seat they are given. The designated seats should be occupied by the candidates. Additionally, the candidate exam will be cancelled and no pleas will be accepted if it is discovered that a candidate has changed their room or seat.

  • No candidate is permitted to leave their seat or the examination room until the entire exam period has ended without the express consent of the centre superintendent or the invigilator in question.

  • Candidates should not leave the exam room without handing over their rough sheets to the duty invigilator present at the exam room

  • The competent, trained, and skilled Nodal officer and staff at the exam hall will support and help them to clear their doubts and familiarize them with the CBT mode of exams.

  • If any candidates can not take part for any reason in the scheduled entrance exam, NBEMS shall not be responsible for re-testing

In addition to the previously mentioned instructions, candidates should make sure they pay attention to and follow the rules and guidelines that the invigilator will explain before the test begins. Therefore, it is advised that candidates arrive at the testing location two hours prior to the entrance exam's start time. For this reason, it is recommended that candidates avoid using unfair methods during the test, such as talking or passing chits. Candidates will be disqualified or prohibited from taking the test if they are found to have used unfair methods.
