CGC Jhanjeri (also known as Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri) is a private institution situated in Mohali, Punjab. The modes of CGC Jhanjeri course admissions are online and offline. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exams and merit. At the PG level, CGC Jhanjeri courses include a two-year full-time MBA, M.Com, and MCA. At the UG level, the university offers three-year BBA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA etc. to students. CGC Jhanjeri admission 2024 has started for undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the institute. For BTech admission JEE Main scores are accepted. Tha NTA declared the JEE Main 2024 session 2 paper 1 result on April 24. Candidates can download their scorecard by visiting JEE Main official website.
CGC Jhanjeri admission to UG courses (other than BTech) is based on merit in the qualifying examination. CGC Jhanjeri admission to PG courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination. However, for MBA admissions, candidates are shortlisted based on candidates' performance in the CAT/XAT/MAT exam followed by a personal interview round. As per the CGC Jhanjeri admission criteria, ineligible candidates may be disqualified from admission during any stage of the admission process.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges Scholarship is open to deserving candidates as an aid for education. CGC Jhanjeri Open Scholarship for Higher Education (JOSH) aims to recognize the talent of deserving students by awarding up to Rs 12 crore in scholarships. CGC Jhanjeri started with a scholarship scheme of Rs 5 crore to 400+ deserving candidates and in the year 2022, it offered scholarship aid to 1100+ students with a total of Rs 7 crore scholarship amount. The CGC Jhanjeri Scholarship scheme is aimed to be increased to Rs 12 crore in 2024.
The Chandigarh Group of Colleges scholarship exam is conducted in 2 stages with day-wise slots. The scholarship will last one year and will be renewable if the student performs well. Candidates willing to take scholarships have to follow Chandigarh Group of Colleges scholarship criteria before online application. Candidates have to maintain discipline and acceptable behaviour throughout their academic period. They have to ensure they have no backlog and maintain satisfactory performance. - According to the CGC website, The colleges collaborated with Fortis Healthcare to spread awareness about cancer on World Cancer Day 2022. This event was about cancer, early cancer symptoms, its cure and diagnosis, and how to protect oneself from it. During the Q&A round, Dr Bansal answered all the questions of the teachers and the students. Then further discussed a variety of topics related to cancer fear and stigma.
According to the college website, there was a CGC Jhanjeri event where the entire college looked like a Formula One racetrack. The participants from 21 teams devoted their time, heart, and mind to creating a one-of-a-kind e-kart that was solar-powered for four days.
CGC Jhanjeri held Asia's Biggest Electric Solar Vehicle Championship 8.0. Judges from 14 prestigious organizations were asked to assess every vehicle's results on several aspects and set the teams through numerous challenges.
