Eligibility Criteria for HPCET MBA 2023

The final merit list or result of HPCET MBA 2023 will be released by the authorities. Candidates can download their scorecards from the official website using their login credentials. How to Break the Tie?

• In case two or more candidates score the same marks, the candidates scoring high in Verbal Ability will be considered.
• If the Verbal Ability marks are equal, then the second stage of comparison will be Quantitative Ability.
• Similarly, if both are the same, then Data Interpretation and Reasoning will be considered.
• And if all the three sections will have the exact same scores, the fourth section, i.e., Business Awareness will be taken into consideration.
• And still, if there is no break, then the candidate who is elder will be given preference.

HPCET MBA Counselling 2023

The HPCET counselling 2023 will be carried out both in online and offline modes. If an applicant does not submit the necessary documents and meets the university's eligibility requirements within the allotted time, they will be ineligible for admission. The ranking of the candidates on the merit list will determine how they are summoned for the HPCET counselling procedure. The HPCET 2023 counselling procedure will be carried out online by the entity in charge of the exam. For the general/economically weaker section/OBC category, the fee is INR 1,600, while for the reserved category, which includes SC/ST and BPL/IRDP, it is INR 800. The candidates then had to log in and select their preferred universities and courses. It should be noted that the options should have been selected in the order of preference as this will be taken into account during seat allotment. The candidates must show up at the counselling location according to their category. The distribution of seats will be done in accordance with the candidate's desire, ranking, and seat availability. The candidates will next need to confirm their admission by showing up at the college they were allocated, having their documents verified, and paying the tuition fee.

HPCET MBA Selection Process 2023

Candidates will be accepted to the MBA programme according to the order in which in which they received valid CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc. results. If there are vacant seats, the HPCET exam's merit will be taken into account for admission. If there are still vacant seats, they will be filled based on the results of the bachelor's degree examination.
