IIM Bodh Gaya is one of the newly constructed among the list of IIMs in India that is offering admission to the PGP (MBA) 2025-27 batch. The MBA seat intake of IIM BG is most likely to be around 150 this year. Out of these, 30 are supernumerary seats reserved for girl candidates. - Training and apprenticeship will be considered as work experience by authorities.
- All prior employers' experience certificates will be taken into consideration. The certificate must be on company letterhead, sealed, and bear the signature of the appropriate authority.
- For those who are currently employed, a service certificate with a seal and signature from the company's letterhead competent authority is required. Otherwise, enclose a first-month payslip and the payslips from the two most recent months with the offer letter/joining letter.
- If a candidate is an owner or partner of such a firm, they must present documentary evidence, such as income tax returns for the relevant years, certificates of registration for conducting business from municipal corporations or MSME certificates issued by the Indian government, Udyog Aadhar Registration Certificates, partnership agreements duly executed by all partners, and GST registration certificates.
- If a candidate has worked or is now employed in the unorganized sector, they must present a cash voucher, a bank statement, and an experience certificate as confirmation of their wage and the firm's GST registration.

Applicants who have scored the cut-off marks mentioned above will be eligible for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds conducted by IIM Bodh Gaya. IIM Bodh Gaya Number of Shortlisted Candidates 2025
The number of candidates shortlisted for the WAT and PI rounds is decided by the Admission Committee of IIM Bodh Gaya. A category-wise list of shortlisted candidates is prepared by the committee. Students who apply for admission into any of these 9 IIMs will have to go through CAP 2025. Weightage of Academic Profile at IIM Bodh Gaya 2025
In the academic profile section, IIM Bodh Gaya takes a look at your performance in Class 12th, Class 10th, and Graduation and scores you accordingly. Only students who have more than 60% marks are scored in this section.

IIM Bodh Gaya declares the final Merit List of candidates invited to take admission into the institute. Following are the steps to finalize admission and accept the offer at IIM Bodh Gaya.
- Register for the expression of interest.
- IIM Bodh Gaya sends an offer of admission based on merit to registered candidates.
- Submit the Offer Acceptance.
- Submit the Offer Acceptance amount of Rs. 50,000. This is adjusted in the course fee.
- If a candidate wishes to withdraw after submitting their acceptance, they have the following options:
- Withdrawing Before Deadline: Offer Acceptance Amount is refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000.
- Withdrawing After Deadline: No refund will be provided.
- Withdrawing After Course Registration: No refund of the Offer Acceptance Amount or Course Fee is provided.
IIM Bodh Gaya will send the offer letters and accept candidates as per the availability of vacant seats in the course. Only the candidates who have registered for expression of interest will be considered for admission. Any seats lying vacant after exhaustion of the merit list will be transferred to candidates on the Wait List as per merit basis.
