Stage II - Online Personal Interview (Online PI)
All shortlisted candidates at Stage I will appear in Stage II (Online PI).
All the shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to download their call letters to appear in the Online PI. All the required details like date, time, and other required guidelines will be mentioned in the call letter only.
Stage III - The Final Selection List based on CAT, Online PI & Diversity Scores
A weight of 60% will be assigned to the CAT Total Score (Scaled to 100). The Online PI Score shall have a weightage of 20%. Further, a weightage of 20% will be given to Academic diversity and Gender diversity.
The weighted aggregate of the following components namely (a) CAT; (b) Online PI; and (c) The diversity shall be used to draw up a merit ranking, and candidates will be invited to participate in Stage IV accordingly.
Stage IV - Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP program
The offer of admission to the candidate will be made strictly based on merit/ rank list and availability of seats in each category (Gen, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS & DAP) as per reservation rules of Govt. of India.
All the shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter for admission from pgpadmission@iimrohtak.ac.in. on their registered email ID.
A candidate receiving an admission offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) and accepting the offer within the stipulated date, needs to deposit the Offer Acceptance Amount (as mentioned in the Offer Letter) through an online payment link. An automated receipt and a text message of the transaction will be shared by the associated bank on the registered email ID/ mobile no. of the candidate.
The candidate will receive his/her confirmation letter for provisional admission for PGP on his/her registered email ID. All the reporting documents will be mentioned in this confirmation letter (i.e. date, time, venue for joining, last date to deposit the full term fee, fee structure, affidavits from the student & the parents, Indemnity Bond, vaccination certificate, category certificate, Govt. Photo ID, medical fitness certificate, application form for hostel allocation & a schedule for remedial classes, etc.)
Stage V - Reporting for Joining PGP program
The full program fee and term fee as indicated in the confirmation letter need to be paid on the institute's website with his or her login credentials, user names, and password. Candidates must report to the Rohtak Institute Campus according to the timetable mentioned in the confirmation letter.
Further, on the day of reporting on the campus, the admission team will physically verify the documents and allocate hostel rooms to the candidates. Hostel allocation for male and female students, Twin sharing A. C. rooms will be assigned separately on a first-come, first-served basis. On the ground floor, DAP accommodation rooms will be rented on a twin-sharing basis.
