- Candidates must register & apply separately through online mode for IIM Rohtak admission 2025 by paying a registration fee of INR 2928.
- IIM Rohtak will not participate in IIM CAP 2025 and will not follow the common shortlisting criteria as adopted by CAP participating IIMs. It has set its shortlisting criteria and will conduct its final selection process comprising the Personal Interview round.
- No sectional cut-offs will be considered in the shortlisting process and the shortlisting of candidates for the PI round will be based on the overall CAT percentile score.

Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates who have participated in Stage 1 and meet the requirements will be shortlisted for Stage 2, i.e. Personal Interview. Selected candidates will be informed via email about all the necessary details. Candidates will have to appear for their interview as per the stipulated timeline.

Stage 4: Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP Programme
Candidates will only be offered admission to the IIM Rohtak PGP program based on merit or rank list and the availability of seats for each category, by the Government of India's reservation regulations. Candidates will receive their provisional offer letters via their registered email address and upon the receipt of the offer letter the Offer Acceptance Amount must be deposited within the stipulated deadline. Stage 5: Reporting for Joining the PGP Programme
Upon receipt of the confirmation letter by IIM Rohtak, candidates must deposit the full program fee/Term Fee/Mess Fee as per the letter. IIM Rohtak PGP Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree with a CGPA/aggregate mark of 50%. Reserved category students will receive a relaxation of 5% (Minimum 45% CGPA).

- The conversion of marks or CGPA will be carried out in compliance with the university or other institution from which the graduate was awarded a degree. If the institute or university does not offer a conversion plan, the equivalent will be determined by the IIM Ahmedabad by dividing the attained CGPA by the highest CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
- Applicants who plan to take the final year qualifying exam are also welcome to apply, provided they submit the required documentation by the deadline. The candidate's admission will be provisionally verified upon presentation of their mark sheets and proof of completion for the Bachelor's degree, with the required minimum percentage.
