Over the years, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) have become essential to most competitive exams. GD and PI rounds are conducted after the entrance exam has been conducted and the results are declared. Only those candidates who will clear the entrance exam will move forward to the next rounds of GD and PI. The concept of GD has not been a part of the regular academic curriculum in most colleges and universities.   • Think before you speak.
