IPU CET MBA 2024 Admissions: Eligibility, Application Form, Counselling, Selection Process

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) released the IPU CET MBA results 2024 on May 21, 2024, for the IPU CET MBA Admissions 2024 in PDF format on the official website. Round 3 of the IPU CET counselling took place from July 24 to 25, 2024. Candidates were able to view and download the list of qualified individuals by visiting the site. The question paper and answer key for the April 28, 2024, exam were made available online until May 1, 2024, on admissions.nic.in. Candidates accessed the answer key using their login credentials and could raise objections by paying INR 200 per question. The IPU CET MBA exam was conducted on April 27 to May 14, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The IPU CET 2024 MBA application form was made available from February 1 to April 25, 2024, specifically for candidates applying with CAT 2024 scores. GGSIPU, a state-level university, offers UG, PG, and PhD programs, including the MBA. Admission to the IPU CET MBA 2024 was based on merit in the Common Aptitude Test (CAT) and the IPU CET MBA exam. IPU CET MBA Important Dates 2024

The IPU CET 2024 Admit Card was available on the official website on April 22, 2024. The application process, initially scheduled from February 1 to April 15, was extended to April 25, 2024. The  IPU CET 2024 exams were held from April 27 to May 14, 2024. The results were announced on the official website on May 9, 2024. The question paper and answer key for the April 28, 2024, exam were available online until May 1, 2024, with objections allowed for a fee of INR 200 per question. IPU CET MBA 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of IPU CET 2024 eligibility for an MBA admission. Listed below are the prerequisites for eligibility for IPU CET MBA admission 2024:

• A Bachelor's Degree of three years or more in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized University.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or any other subject with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate or any equivalent qualification recognized with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

• Candidates must have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• As of August 1, 2024, candidates should not be beyond 35 years.
• In addition to the above, candidates applying for MBA (Financial Analysis) should have passed Mathematics at the SSC level (i.e., 10+2).

Eligibility Criteria for MBA (IT) Course

• Candidates should be a BE/BTech with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Alternatively, candidates with MSc (CS), MSc (IT), MSc (Electronics), or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks are eligible.
• Final year students can also apply.
• As of August 1, 2024, candidates should not be beyond 35 years.

IPU CET MBA Admission Criteria 2024

Admissions for the IPU CET MBA program in 2024 will be based on the merit of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 conducted by the Indian Institute of Management. Additionally, the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), another National Level Test, will be considered for admission based on the normalization of scores.

In the event of vacant seats after the completion of CAT 2023 followed by the CMAT merit list, the university will utilize its own Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions.

Candidates can access their IPU CET Admit card for MBA admission 2024 hall ticket digitally by putting in their login ID and password created while filling out the application form. On their IP University hall ticket, candidates can find information such as their signature, registration number, image, receipt, date of the exam and timetables, and exam center. IPU MBA Admission 2024 - Admission Process

IPU CET MBA 2024 admission will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (graduation) and performance in a personal interview. Centralized counseling for affiliated colleges will be conducted based on CAT 2022 scores and subsequently on IPU CET 2024 scores. The counseling process took place between June 5, 2024, to July 31, 2024. During counseling, students must select the college or institute of their choice. Admission to the IPU MBA in 2024 will depend on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Graduation) and the performance in a personal interview. Subsequently, a merit list will be compiled, considering the weightage assigned to different components, including academic profile, CAT score, and personal interview.

IPU CET MBA 2024 Result

The IPU CET results for MBA 2024 result, released on May 21, 2024, is presented as a PDF merit list. The ranks will be displayed only for candidates qualified in the CET 2024 and National Level Test (CAT/CMAT). Qualified candidates will be called for counseling based on the availability of seats in each program.

The IPU CET cutoff for MBA 2024 is indicative of the minimum marks required for qualification, and will be declared online. For MBA (IT), the IPU CET MBA cutoff 2024 will be announced online, applicable for candidates eligible through CAT 2023.

• Visit the official website, i.e., ipu.admissions.nic.in
• Complete the online registration process to generate the Application Sequence Number and password for subsequent logins.
• Re-login to complete activities such as application form submission, image uploading, fee payment, and choice filling.
• After submitting the application form, re-login to provide personal details, contact details, qualification, and competitive exam details.
• Upload scanned images of mandatory documents as per predefined size and format.
• Pay the registration fees using EPG services.

Spot Counselling for IPU CET MBA 2024

• Vacant seats after regular admissions will be filled through spot counseling. Eligible candidates willing to participate in spot counseling must pay separate counseling fees.

IPU MBA Admission 2024: Seat Allotment

The IPU CET seat allotment process for MBA 2024 will be based on the rank list and preferences filled by candidates. Seat allotment will occur in each round, with the first round based on rank list and preferences. Subsequent rounds will consider available vacancies.

IPU MBA Admission 2024: Withdrawal from Counselling

Candidates who have paid the academic fee can withdraw from counseling at a specified time and date. Password confirmation is required for withdrawal. Once withdrawn, the allotted seat is canceled, and candidates cannot participate in subsequent rounds.
