MP TET 2021-22 Exam Day Instructions: Documents to Carry, Guidelines, Do's and Don'ts
The MP TET 2021 exam has been scheduled to be conducted on 5th March 2022. This article gives a brief look at the exam day guidelines, documents to carry, and more.
The Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MP TET) 2021-22 is scheduled to be conducted on March 5, 2022. The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board has issued a notification in this regard and has given entire information about the exam. This exam was earlier supposed to be conducted in 2020 but had to be postponed several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The MP TET exam will be held in two shifts – First shift (9:30 AM to 12:00 PM) and Second shift exam (3:00 PM to 5:30 PM). Candidates are supposed to report between 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM for the first shift exam, while the reporting time for the second shift is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
About MP TET Exam 2021
MP TET exam is an online state-level exam conducted for the recruitment of primary teachers in Madhya Pradesh schools affiliated with the state government. Candidates who qualify for the exam by acquiring the minimum qualifying marks are selected for the post of primary teachers on the basis of the written examination. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions with one mark each for the correct answer and no negative marks for the wrong answer.

MP TET 2021 Admit Card
The MP TET 2021 admit card is released online about a week before the exam. The admit card is a very important document so students must not forget to download it because without it candidates are not permitted to enter the examination centre. Candidates can download their MP TET admit card from the official website.
Valid ID Proof
As per the MPPEB guidelines, the candidate must carry at least one valid Photo ID Proof in original with them on the exam day. The documents mentioned below can be used by the candidate as his/her valid ID Proof.
- Aadhar Card / a printout of E-Aadhar(E-Aadhar Card will be valid only if verified by UIDAI)
- Any other photo identity proof issued by State / Central Government
- Driving License
- Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defense
- Identity card issued by school / college / university
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Voter ID Card
In absence of any of these valid ID proofs, the aspirant will not be allowed to enter the exam center.
Photograph
Along with the documents mentioned above, the candidate must affix the self-attested photograph in the second part of the Test Admit Card. It must be the same photograph that was uploaded at the time of registration.

Dos and Don'ts on MP TET 2021 Exam Day
Here are some of the do's and don'ts on the exam day of MPTET 2021.
Do’s
- Keep all the exam-related items/documents well in advance.
- Arrive at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
- Make sure you have your admit card with a photograph pasted on it and a valid photo identification with you.
- Record your biometrics before entering the examination room/centre.
- Bring only writing material like pens into the examination room.
- Comply with all the instructions given by the invigilator and maintain silence throughout the exam.
- Leave only after the examination has ended and when permitted by the invigilator.
Dont's
- The admit card should neither be modified in any way nor in bad shape.
- Get the admit card printing on nothing but A4 (white) paper.
- After the exam starts, you should maintain silence and not speak with other examinees.
- Avoid arguing with any invigilator present at the examination centre.
- Do not bring any kind of Calculators, Beepers, Pagers, Mobile & Cell Phones, or any other Electronic Devices in the examination hall/centre.
- Do not smoke, spit, or consume any beverage other than water inside the exam premises.
