Last-Minute Tips for MPTET 2021 Exam

Revise chapters

Once you study a certain chapter that is coming in the exam, it is better to revise it multiple times to retain it in memory. This will help you to recap, review and recall everything much faster.

Avoid stress

You really do not need to feel stressed about your examination. It is also a good idea to avoid other people who can make you stressed, which may be your friends or family members. Try to do some breathing exercises to remove the stress of any sort.

Get everything ready

Keep every document you need for the examination safe and ready. Don’t forget to take your admit card and original photo identity proof without which you won’t be able to sit for the exam.

Eat healthy

Try to indulge in healthy food instead of junk or other unhealthy foods. Your health is quite important at this moment so you need to be highly careful about what you eat. Protein-rich foods like eggs and pulses have been proven to improve memory retention, mental alertness, and increase energy levels. Also, stay hydrated all the time because dehydration can cause fatigue, forgetfulness, and sluggishness.

Be on time

There are no marks for punctuality but it is extremely important that you are not late for your exam. You should try to reach the examination center at least 30 minutes before the exam start time. This will give you enough time to relax and get accustomed to your surroundings. Under no circumstances should you be late, as this will create unnecessary stress and you may also be not allowed to appear for the exam.
