NIT Trichy Placement Process

Step 1: Invitation

The NIT Trichy Placement Office distributes invites to firms and organizations via mail, including UG and PG brochures and a Pre-Visit Response (PVR) questionnaire.

Step 2: Revert with a pre-visit response

Interested organizations will submit a PreVisit Response (PVR) form with job descriptions, eligibility criteria, salary details, and a selection process.

Step 3: Notification to Students

Students are notified about the company's requirements, and a list of interested applicants is compiled and sent to the company. Campus selection will take place on specific dates. 

Step 4: PPT and Placement Process

The Training and Placement Department will offer audio-visual equipment, including computers and LCD projectors, for PrePlacement Talks before the placement process begins. The placement procedure begins with a pre-placement talk and is tailored to the company's specific needs.

Step 5: Results and Offer Letters

After the placement procedure, the employer submits the list of selected candidates to the NIT Trichy Training and Placement Department on the same day.
