Hi, I am planning to take admission in LPU. Is LPU as good as IIT?

If you are planning admission in LPU, its among top university with top notch placement, curriculum, infrastructure, placement records and faculty. LPU provides more than 150+ program long with different streams like Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, Management, Agriculture, Design, Computer Application etc. So definitely other than IIT if you plan admission then LPU is best.

Hi, It would be a great decision, as LPU offers more than 150+ programs in so many fields like Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, management, agriculture, Fashion design, Diploma Engg., Computer Applications etc. So firstly you need to go through with the eligibility criteria then you need to apply for LPUNEST entrance (if required) which can be done Online as well, and as per your entrance result you can move for admission, and if meet the criteria in your both results (entrance + board exam) then you will be getting a scholarship. LPU is NIRF ranking among top universities along with NAAC A ++ graded.

while lpu has significant strides in recent years .they focuses on developing the best passible resources for their students.in the past few years good infrastures ,faculty ,placement records plays a very significant role. university offers variety id disciplines and practical learning .hands on practice given to students options like global expose and international credit transfers options are available for the student .rest it is the decision totally based on the individual choice as well .

Hi Akshita, Both LPU and IIT are good educational institutions. Lovely Professional University or LPU is a private university and IIT’s are government funded institutions. In terms of courses offered, LPU offers a wide range of courses in streams like engineering, management, pharmacy, science, law, design, commerce, etc. and IIT’s offer courses basically in engineering and IT streams. In the NIRF Ranking 2023 under the overall category, LPU is placed above IIT Jodhpur, IIT Patna, IIT Mandi, and IIT Bhubaneswar. So, we can conclude that LPU is as good as some IITs out of 23 IIT’s.
