Hello, As an alumni from LPU i would like to share some of the points or highlights about LPU. But as i dont have much idea about the IIT i could not be able to compare between both the universities. LPU is goof private university . dot comapre any niversity with other . All are good it totally depends on how you look to particular university . you ca check about LPU from its website .

while lpu has significant strides in recent years .they focuses on developing the best passible resources for their students.in the past few years good infrastures ,faculty ,placement records plays a very significant role. university offers variety id disciplines and practical learning .hands on practice given to students options like global expose and international credit transfers options are available for the student .rest it is the decision totally based on the individual choice as well .

Hi Akshita, Both LPU and IIT are good educational institutions. Lovely Professional University or LPU is a private university and IIT’s are government funded institutions. In terms of courses offered, LPU offers a wide range of courses in streams like engineering, management, pharmacy, science, law, design, commerce, etc. and IIT’s offer courses basically in engineering and IT streams. In the NIRF Ranking 2023 under the overall category, LPU is placed above IIT Jodhpur, IIT Patna, IIT Mandi, and IIT Bhubaneswar. So, we can conclude that LPU is as good as some IITs out of 23 IIT’s.
