Pharm D Application Process 2024

In order to take admission, candidates need to fill up the institute application form. The guidelines for filling up the common application form are discussed below:-

Step 1: Registration

• The applicant needs to first register themselves at the institute's official website by providing their personal details such as name, email id and phone number.

• You must provide the correct email address in the application form, as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication

• After the registration, the applicant has to fill up the application form with all their personal details, educational qualifications, qualifying exam and category.

• The percentage written in the application form will be first considered.

• Provide all the required information accurately and systematic format

Step 2: Photograph & Scanned Documents

• While filling up the application form the applicants are also expected to upload various documents such as image, signature, proof of identity, etc

• Candidates are also required to upload the accompanying scanned image of the document which are asked in the application form

• Once all the documents have been downloaded, the candidate needs to submit the application form

• In order to complete the application form, the candidate needs to submit the application fee.

Step 3: Application Fee

• After successfully filling the application form applicants need to make payment of the application fee as mentioned on the official website and submit the application form

• The form is considered complete and submitted after the application fee has been submitted.

Pharm D Admission in India: Selection Process

Many colleges follow the merit-based admission procedure for the selection of candidates based on the marks they have obtained in class 12th board examination. Some institutes also grant direct admission to the Pharm D program if the candidates have passed class 12th examination.

Admission for Pharm D is also carried out based on an entrance test administered either by central medical authorities, state or university authorities. The candidates will be shortlisted for admission based on the scores that they have secured in the entrance exam. After that, shortlisted candidates will have to visit the institute for document verification and further admission procedure.
