Rajasthan Management Admission Process (RMAP) 2022 is a state-level centralized counselling conducted by the Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan for admission in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses in the state. Candidates can register for RMAP 2022 through a valid score in an MBA entrance exam or a  bachelor's degree course for admission in MBA colleges in Rajasthan. Registered candidates are then required to participate in different stages of RMAP 2022 and are allocated based on various factors, which have been discussed in detail in this article. RMAP 2022 Notification

CEG Rajashtan will release an official notification for RMAP 2022 containing all of the details about the MBA admission process. The notification is announced online on the official website of the exam as well as through offline means such as newspapers. Candidates must go through the official notification and check the important details such as the basis of admission, official dates etc.

RMAP 2022 Eligibility Criteria

RMAP 2022 follows the AICTE Eligibility Criteria for Management Courses to judge the suitability of candidates for admission to the first year of MBA courses in Rajasthan. The eligibility criteria of RMAP 2022 is as follows.

• The candidate must have completed a minimum 3-year bachelor's degree course in any stream from a recognized institute or university.

• The candidate must have at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category) in their bachelor's degree course or equivalent CGPA.

• Candidates who have a valid CMAT 2022 scorecard will be given first preference in admissions.

• The candidate must be a citizen of India to be eligible for RMAP 2022. Candidates having Rajasthan state domicile are given preference in admissions.

RMAP 2022 Application Form

Candidates interested in participating in RMAP 2022 must fill the online registration-cum-application form of RMAP 2022 available on its official website. Only online applications are accepted for RMAP 2022 and candidates have to submit all of the required details, including their personal data and college choice form, as well as the application cum registration fee to complete their registration.

RMAP 2022 Step-by-Step Application Process

The online application process of RMAP 2022 is as follows.

1. Visit the RMAP 2022 official website (rmap2022.com).

2. Click on the link for Dashboard/Registration and register with your Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number, and set password for the dashboard.

3. Pay the application cum registration fee for RMAP 2022. The fee must be paid online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The Application cum Registration fee payment must be completed before a candidate can proceed to fill the application form.

4. Take a print out of the application fee payment receipt.

5. Login on the Dashboard with your Form No. and Password and start filling the application form. Enter all of the required details such as personal information, academic information etc. in the application form.

6. Upload a scanned copy of a recent passport size photograph and signature as per the specified dimensions.

7. Check all of the information entered and click on SUBMIT.

8. Once the application form is submitted, the College Choice Form will be activated. Enter your college preference in the College Choice Form and enter all of the required details.

9. Confirm your preferences entered and click on SUBMIT. If a candidate has not submitted the College Choice Form, it will be automatically submitted (with the existing choices) at midnight of the last date of application.

10. After final submission, take a print out of the Application Form and College Choice Form for future reference.

Candidates must ensure that all of the details entered in the Application Form and College Choice Form are correct and matching their supporting documents as no change in these details are allowed after they have been submitted.

RMAP 2022 Admission Process

MBA admissions through RMAP 2022 are conducted in multiple stages. Candidates are required to go through each stage before their admission is finalized in an institute. Given below is the MBA admission process through RMAP 2022.

1. Online Application Form: Candidates register on the portal, deposit the application fee and complete their application form.

2. Online Choice Filling: The choice filling is done by the candidates after logging in to the portal with their Form No. and Password, and filling in their college choices. There is no limit to the number of choices that can be filled by the candidate. Candidates are also allowed to change their preferences any number of times before the application deadline. If a candidate has not automatically locked their choices, they are automatically locked at midnight on the last date to fill application form.

3. Seat Allotment: Candidates are allotted seats as per their entered preference and various other factors, and the seat allotment list is released on the official website. The seat allotment letters for individual candidates are also released online on the official website. Candidates must take a print out of the seat allotment letter and carry it with them to the institute while reporting.

4. Reporting: After the online seat allotment has been completed, candidates have to report to their allotted institute where their documents are checked. Reporting is a mandatory step that must be completed before the specified deadline or the seat allotment is cancelled for the candidate.

RMAP 2022 Upward Movement

Upward Movement is a process in RMAP 2022 by which candidates can either asked for an upgrade in their allotted seat or try again for seat allotment. It is conducted after the first round of RMAP 2022 Seat Allotment and reporting has been completed. Candidates can opt for upward movement by filling an online acceptance form through their application portal. In order to be eligible for upward movement in RMAP 2022, a candidate must:

Either

• accepted their allotted seat after reporting to their allotted institute. If such a candidate gets an upgradation, their previous allotted seat is cancelled.

Or

• have participated in the first round of RMAP 2022 Counselling but must not have been allotted a seat.

After the closing of the online acceptance form for upward movement, the list of candidates being considered for upward movement is declared. Following that, the process of declaration of merit list and reporting is conducted similar to the first round of counselling.

RMAP 2022 Merit List

CEG declares the RMAP 2022 Tentative Merit List based on which the counselling process of MBA admissions is conducted. Candidates are invited to raise objections to the tentative merit list and the final merit list of RMAP 2022 is declared later along with the seat allotment results. Given below is the order of priority in which candidates are considered for MBA admissions through RMAP 2022.

RMAP 2022 Seat Allotment

The seat allotment of RMAP 2022 is conducted as per the merit list created by CEG and the preference entered by the candidates in the online choice filling form. The seat allotment list is declared in the online mode on the official website after the last date to lock online choices in the counselling process. CEG also releases the seat allotment letters for the candidates, which can be accessed by the candidates by entering their Form No. and Password.

RMAP 2022 Seat Reservation Policy

Seats are reserved in RMAP 2022 as per the provisions specified by the Government of Rajasthan except in private institutions and 50% of the seats in self-financed course of government institutions. The seat reservation policy of RMAP 2022 is as follows.

RMAP 2022 Horizontal Seat Rervation

In each of the categories specified above, a provision of horizontal seat reservation exists as per the following criteria.

RMAP 2022 Supernumerary Seat Reservation

Supernumerary seat reservation in a course will only be available if at least 30% of the approved seat intake is filled. The details of supernumerary seat reservation in RMAP 2022 is as follows.

Candidates will be required to submit supporting documents to avail the benefits of domicile or reservation.

Reporting to Allotted Institute in RMAP 2022

Once a candidate has been allotted a seat in RMAP 2022, they are required to report to the allotted institute as per the arrangements made by the admission authority of the institute. The deadline for reporting to the allotted institute is a part of the RMAP 2022 schedule. The candidate is required to carry his documents in original along with self-attested photocopies of each to the reporting process. The original documents are used for the verification process while the photocopies are submitted at the reporting institute.

Candidates are required to carry the following documents when reporting to the institute allotted in RMAP 2022.

1. Print out of the RMAP 2022 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

2. Print out of the RMAP 2022 Application cum Registration form with a colour photograph pasted

3. Class 10th/ High School Mark Sheet/ Certificate (proof of date of birth)

4. Graduation Mark Sheet

5. Aadhar Card/ Aadhar Acknowledge Receipt

6. Proof of appearing in CMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ GMAT

7. Domicile Certificate

8. Medical Fitness Certificate

9. Fee (to be deposited at the institute)

Optional Documents - to be carried if applicable

1. Category Certificate issued by a competent authority

2. Undertaking for OBC/ MBC NCL in the specified format

3. PwD Certificate

4. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen

Documents to be Submitted at the Institute

The following documents must be submitted by the candidate at the allotted institute.

1. Self-attested photocopy of proof of appearing in CMAT/ CAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT

2. Self-attested photocopy of graduation mark sheet

3. Self-attested photocopy of Class 10th mark sheet/ certificate

4. Certificate of TSP (if applicable)

5. Self-attested photocopies of any other relevant documents

After the document check is completed, candidates are required to confirm their seat by depositing the fee specified by the institute. Candidates can apply for Upward Movement (seat upgradation) after they have confirmed their allotted seat at the institute.
